Important information for Exhibitors:


Access to Wi-Fi
Wifi is complimentary for all Exhibitors.

Venue Deliveries & Collections
Deliveries to the venue will only be accepted from Friday, 27 October 2017 and collections by courier companies post-conference should be made by no later than Thursday, 2 November 2017.

Exhibitor Labels

All items for delivery and collection with the venue must use these labels. Note: It is advisable to attach one of these labels to each item and specify item 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc.

Access for Set-up
Access to exhibitors is available from 19:00 - 21:00 the night prior and from 07:30 on the morning of the conference.

Exhibition Breakdown
Exhibitors may breakdown and leave the conference after the afternoon break at 15:30.

Accommodation
If you wish to book accommodation please book through the hotel's Central Reservations Team on 0161 288 1111 or email your enquiry to manchesterreservations@theprincipal.com.

NB - The restaurant at The Principal Hotel is very busy. If staying overnight for the AELP Autumn Conference we would recommend you make an advance booking as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Exhibitor Parking
The Principal Hotel does not have its own car park however parking is available at the NCP Manchester Palace Car Park on Whitworth Street. This is offered at a reduced rate for 24 hours/overnight car parking of £18 which is payable locally at the Hotel. The car park is only a short walk from the hotel.

Note: A charge will be made by the venue to any exhibitor who leaves behind any unwanted materials/rubbish. Please ensure you remove everything from your exhibition booth by close of play to avoid this cost.
